Health and safety
Saunas have been shown to have both benefits to your physical and mental health, however care should also be taken when using a sauna.
You should consult your doctor before using the sauna if you have had any changes in health, are pregnant or experience dizzy spells.
Staying hydrated while in the sauna is important. Saunas are meant to be enjoyable experiences that help reduce stress, if you start feeling uncomfortable then step outside to cool down for a while.
