Let go of the stress from the week on Thursday evenings with our stretch and sauna session. These sessions are 1hr 30min long and include a mobility class with Fynn, followed by use of the sauna. 

With over 10 years in personal training experience, Fynn will guide you through a movement session aimed at improving joint strength and mobility. The class is open to all abilities as movements will be scalable.
